TWICE BAKED PIZZA

Est 2015

Twice Baked Pizza. Seriously good food.

A Dwight Angle and Erynn Garner Collaboration

Twice Baked Pizza is a passion come to real life. We are a couple of ferocious from-scratch cooks, a load of laughs, and two people with a vision...and that vision is pizza. We are taking a twist on NY style pizza, and putting that twist on wheels. We drove to Boise Idaho to find our funky little pizza cart, and we love it!

We developed our sourdough culture three years ago, and have been recipe testing ever since! Our pizzas are made with our own sourdough crust, blend of artisan cheeses, and topped with fresh local vegetables and meats. Our pizza crust has a crunch and texture that you wont forget. While of course we have our traditional pepperoni and cheese pizzas, we have developed a few flavors of our own too. We will be rotating flavors weekly and seasonally, so stay tuned!

Meet the Twice Baked Chefs:

Dwight is an avid snowboarder and skier who will gladly talk about snow anytime you ask him. He has snowboarded all over the NW and even lived up in Canada for a season. He is someone who is extremely passionate about the environment, so you will find him outdoors even after the snow melts. He was the driving force behind Twice Baked Pizza, and has been dreaming up the concept for almost 10 years. He takes the lead on recipe development, and will not stop testing until he has reached perfection. The sourdough culture we use, was developed by him. This is a man who knows his way around some bread.

Erynn's passions revolve around her homestead. She raises chickens, quilts, crafts, bakes, and seems to always be starting new projects. She is driven to try to make everything from scratch that she can. She can talk a mile a minute, is great with names, and loves a good pun. While she is very involved in the cooking (and taste testing), she is the woman behind the scenes as well. She keeps all of the Twice Baked paperwork in order, website running, and manages the branding/marketing. This lady is a mover and a shaker.
